• When you place an order, you will receive an Order Number by email.
• Your order is an offer to purchase goods.

• Payment is accepted by BPay only unless otherwise stated on the product page.
• Orders are not considered paid until the full amount has cleared.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

5. Supply of Goods

Delivery will be made to the address you provide at checkout unless agreed otherwise.

6. eGift Cards and Gift Cards
eGift Cards
• eGift cards are delivered by email.
• Treat eGift cards as cash.
• Once delivered, we cannot replace lost or deleted cards unless the issuing provider allows reissue.
No refunds or cancellations
Gift cards and eGift cards are issued as unique digital codes or access links.
Once issued, they cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded due to their nature, including where the code may be copied, transferred, or used immediately.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a refund or replacement where a gift card is faulty, not delivered, issued incorrectly, or otherwise required by law.
Physical Gift Cards
• Physical cards are sent through Australia Post.
• Treat physical cards as cash.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced once delivered, unless the issuing provider agrees.
Instant eGift Cards (when live)
Some cards may be delivered instantly on-screen and by email.
Delivery depends on provider systems and payment clearance.

These Terms do not limit or exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Our Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
• We are not liable for any loss of income, profit, contract, or data.

• Our maximum liability for any product is limited to the amount paid by you for that product.
